Best way to schedule iTunes downloads?

I want to start/resume my iTunes downloads after-hours (webafrica 12-6 data).

Any suggestions, I have tried automator and calendar event but it just never works.

Setup automator to record, itunes is open on the screen already.

Select - downloads in top right, then click Resume downloads , then stop recording.
But when i playback it freezes when it has to click Resume Downloads
