Reading comprehension is your friend. 'Rated output' and 'Maximum Output' are two different specs. When your listed spec is off by 55% in either direction, it's incompetence that makes you question the entire site. And an extra 75Kg is not minimal if designing support strengths or paying freight.

Are you getting confused about dry weight and weight when the tank is full?
I know 31 litres wont account for the extra weight.

I suppose his price he paid already included shipping since he imported it. So should still not be an issue.
