Lately I've bought PSU 400W from Dany. It was too noisy (cheapest chineese fan), I tore warranty sticker and opened the case. OMG!! Inside was a cr@p from 20-th century! Board was dirty, old and when I looked at back side it was full of manual soldering! And this item was sold as a new with warranty sticker!
So if you care about your main-board, beware of that refurbished piece of sh.... handcraft.

This is how it looks:

PS
Some years ago their wireless keyboard also "surprised" me with terrible typing - it had delays which make impossible any work! (despite the fact transmitter and receiver was in 50-100 cm. away on sight line)

Must have been refurbished sold as new.
Looks like cheap Chinese cr@p on the outside too!

@sajunky: not everything can be restored to the "new look". And nobody worried about look since customer sure he bought new device and don't open it.

@jacksback: yep. After I visited their site (http://danytech.com/pages/about-us) I found their chineese roots :) Pity, but time of thoughts "chineese = rubbish" didn't pass.

Surely, can't you remove dust?
Is obvious that during any refurbishing process dust should be removed, as:
- it obstruct cooling, cause components overheating
- it speeds up deterioration of fan bearings due to vibrations
- it can generate sparks in high voltage circuits
- It exposes customer to the germs of the previous user
I saw living cockroaches and its eggs in such equipment (a nice, warm place to hide). :)

It wasn't dust, huh! I saw some boards even after 20 years look nice, but this one looked like some brown sh*t spread across and no any vacuum could help. I'm 100% sure it was faulty unit, refurbished at Dany - dirty business :)
