Cool - was just wondering if sharks like these could mess with your life by adding you to their preferred bureau.
Lol, and there's nothing they can do. They probably automate the process and have an enormous list, they send your phone number to the call center once every 6 months like clockwork.these effers keep calling me, looking for a family member, not sure how they got my number, everytime they won't tell me what it is in connection with but want me to pass a message on or provide contact details, keep telling them to go shaft themselves.
I second the crowdfunding. These sharks need to be shut down. They have no place in civilized society. You'll find a number of threads about them and others who pull similar stuntsMDB is an extortion scam. Took them to court after a bs default judgment on a non existing book debt more than 10 years old, served them to appear in court on the date their council stands up up and alleges they didn't know about the case and pleads extension to protect the rights of their client. Magistrate gives them 7days to file rebuttal. Nada from MDB. On day 8 they start their harassment and extortion.
They are bullies and think they have the judiciary in their pocket. When they call answer with get lost off and put down the phone. It is time for a class action suit with crowd funding to shut down these bullies. They have caused unknown hardships due to their extortion. Take back your life.
Its probably not a scam, they probably have your number on record but for someone elses profile. happens to most of us. They called me for 3 years straight looking for MR Moodley. Told them many times I am not Indian.Glad I decided to Google. Got a call (which I didn't answer because I don't answer unknown numbers ) and an SMS from these guys. I have zero debt (literally, I only pay for things with money I have) and I regularly check my credit rating through the FNB app and it's all good so no clue what scam they're trying to pull.
Fair enough. Wouldn't be the first time. I used to get a lot of messages from debt collectors because my number was a recycled number and the original owner clearly rung up a lot of debt. Its probably not a scam, they probably have your number on record but for someone elses profile. happens to most of us.
