The website pays your traffic to the website so it doesn't go off your data bundle.

Websites pay you indirectly to access them, from the consumers point of view the website is considered zero rated.
 
Similar to what used to be called Google Adwords. Certainly works for us - over 20 enquiries a month from the website, and the cost is minimal
 
Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, and Telkom all offer reverse data billing services, and MyBroadband spoke to these companies about its adoption.
The precipitation network is conspicuous by its absence.
