Big increase in the number of housing developments planned for South Africa

With the number of people moving to the big cities, this is good news, Gauteng needs more flats and small houses, I think people from other major hubs may feel the same. Investing in infrastructure is always a good thing.

Let's hope that follows, building developments is all good but you need the roads, traffic management systems, sewerage, water, electricity distribution, public schools and let's dream public transport to support all these new developments.

This usually follows badly in SA.

Doesn't look like any housing developments will be happening in Nelson Mandela Bay thanks to the DA's opposition parties turning every council meeting into a circus and then storming out. Boggles the mind. You'd think at least some things would be respected by them.
