Just wanted to give a big thank you to the 8ta rep.
I sent him my issue and in within 2 hours got it resolved.
Issue:
Ported to 8ta on the 1st of February and wanted to be on 8ta more prepaid
Instead was placed on wrong package: pspdata
Phoned the call centre and they said I need to do a sim swap at a store.
Went to a store and they were all confused on how to help me as they werent sure how to change me to the correct product.
Contacted 8ta on the forum and within 2 hours was sorted out.
Sure there is a bigger problem of why the call centre and the stores couldnt help me. But having a great rep who can help out is awesome.
8ta coverage across the johannesburg regions I travel has given me a better experience than Cellc and Vodacom.
I cant wait for LTE!
