I have ADSL and Neighborhood LAN that works via Wireless. The ADSL is on WAN 1 IP 192.168.0.x and Neighborhood LAN 172.20.21.x on WAN 2. My BiGuard 30L is on the 10.0.0.x range with DHCP to 3 other PC's. The PCs can access the Internet but I can't access the Neighborhood LAN. What can I do on the BiGuard 30L to access the Neighborhood LAN on WAN2?

Hi Noobie try to get hold of the guys at Nology, they will be able to assist you. You will need to setup a Static route from your LAN to WAN2 :)

The shop I bought it from says they got it from Ingram Micro and Nology. Do they have a office in George? Also how do you setup the Static route on the unit?

Hi Noobie, as far as I know Nology don't have an office in George. Think closes one is Cape Town and Other branch is in Midrand, Gauteng. Ask the Billion Tech on the forum to assist quicker and easier ;)

1. Go to advanced - static routes.
2. Add a route 172.20.21.0 mask 255.255.255.0 interface IP Address wan2.

Is this correct?
Rule 'Enabled'
Destination 172.20.21.0
Netmask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 'What must I add here?' Interface 'Wan2'

It's either the IP Address you assigned to WAN2 or the gateway used by WAN2 just test both and see what works.
