People do seem to forget that Bill Gates uses his fortune for lots and lots of good around the world. I think the last time I saw, that his foundation has been a huge part in seeing Malaria infection rates fall by 90% in Africa since 2000.

Improving ocean biodiversity is more effective than planting trees as the ocean is already a natural carbon sink, and has a much higher surface area of the planet than land to tackle the co2 issue.

Instead of releasing chemicals into the atmosphere to block the sun, rather just research and go straight to a dyson sphere solution that would solve sunlight and civilization energy needs.
