@Jam Sandwich there's that annoying noise again... do you hear it?
I made payment for my Rain router on the 30th November and on the 1st December money was deducted again from my account, I have been trying to get a refund and I'm not getting any assistance, I have contacted the support team and they say they see i was billed twice and they are not saying anything about my money being refunded.
I have tried on my app and it's not working.I’m sure banks love it when people walk in and say, Hey, just undo that! Problem solved, right?
