Billed twice

I made payment for my Rain router on the 30th November and on the 1st December money was deducted again from my account, I have been trying to get a refund and I'm not getting any assistance, I have contacted the support team and they say they see i was billed twice and they are not saying anything about my money being refunded.

Without me reading 85 pages, when you contact the call centre, just ask them what "credit" you have in your account because you accidently paid twice. Then when they locate this credit just ask for a confirmation email, stay on the line whilst they email it to you.

I'm also a bit perplexed why you made a payment but then a debit order came off? anyway.. if there is credit just confirm with them that you will not be charged this month as their is still credit in your account
