NO REPONSE FROM CELL C I HAVE BEEN TO CELL C THE GLEN MANY TIMES FOR HELP TO COMPLAIN THEY HAVE TRIED TO HELP BY CALLING THE CALL CENTRE I HAVE SPOKEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE BUT IHAVE STILL NOT RECIEVE ANY HELP.

ON THE 10/12/2011 I RECIEVED A CALL FROM CELL C SAYING THAT RHE USEAGE ON MY ACCOUNT WAS HIGH I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANT BECAUSETO MY KNOWLWDGE MY ACCOUNT IS ON A TOP -UP SO WHEN THE AIRTIME IS DONE IT'S DONE SO WHEN I GOT THE CALL I WAS WORRIED . I THEN CALLED TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND PUT ME THROUGH TO AN AGENT BY THE NAME OF PRINGLE WHO THEN TOLD ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CHANGE FROM A CONTROL CHAT TO A ALLWEEK 100 AND A BILL WAS RUN UP OF 33000 WHICH I THEN ASKED HIM TO DISPUTE AS I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THIS. I THEN WENT TO THE CELLC STORE IN THE GLEN WHERE THY CONFIRM THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CHANGE AND A BILL WAS RUN UP. I THEN WAITED FOR FEEDBACK FROM CELL C ABOUT THIS DISPUTE AS I DID NOT CHANGE THE ACCOUNT WHICH THEY DID NOT COME BACK TO ME ON, I THEN WENT ON TO HELLO PETER WHICH I RECIEVED A CALL FROM MBONGENI ON THE 11/01/2012 AND THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD FROM THEM. I THE WENT TO CELLC STORE AT THE GLEN AGAIN WHERE THIS TIME I LEARND SOME INTERESTIN INFO THAT AGENTS A CELL CELL WAS AWARE THAT CALL WAS BEING MADE BY A FRAUDSTER TEH NAMES OF THE AGENTS THAT HELPED THEM WAS PEARL NDIMADE FORM KZN CALL CENTRE AND MELDRICK GILBERT FROM JHB CALL CENTER HELPED THIS PEOPLED DO THE FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT

No response from CellC I have been to CellC the glen many times for help to complain they have tried to help by calling the call centre I have spoken to so many people but I have still not received any help.

On the 10/12/2011 I received a call from CellC saying that the usage on my account was high I did not understand what that meant because to my knowledge my account is on a top -up so when the airtime is done it's done so when I got the call I was worried. I then called to speak to an agent who did not know what was happening and put me through to an agent by the name of Pringle who then told me that my account was change from a control chat to all week 100 and a bill was run up of 33000 which I then asked him to dispute as I knew nothing about this. I then went to the CellC store in the Glen where they confirmed that the account was changed and a bill was run up. I then waited for feedback from CellC about this dispute as I did not change the account which they did not come back to me on, I then went on to hello peter which I received a call from Mbongeni on the 11/01/2012 and that was the last I heard from them. I then went to CellC store at the glen again where this time I learned some interesting info that agents of CellC were aware that calls where being made by a fraudsters the names of the agents that helped them was Pearl Ndimade from Kzn call centre and Meldrick Gilbert from Jhb call centre helped these people do the fraud on my account.




I suggest you open a case with the Police

OP we understand that you have a major problem, but please don't give us headaches when trying to read what you wrote.

Ok from what I can decipher it seems to me that:

1. Someone cloned your sim card
2. Changed your account from TopUp to a full on contract with credit
3. They then ran up your bill.

I would suggest the following:

Go to the police and lay a charge of fraud. You can implicate the people who's names you got, but give them the name of the person who gave it to you also.

Then go back to Cell C with the case number and demand all the supporting documents regarding the change of the contract between you.

Stop waiting for people to get back to you. Get on them and stay on them until you get answers. Demand direct numbers and email addresses, take names and keep phoning until you have a resolution. If the person you are speaking to cannot help you at that moment get the name and number of their supervisor and keep climbing the ladder until you get to someone who can help you.

I'll say it again: Get onto them and keep on them. Someone has used R33000 worth of calls and Cell C will try and make you pay that over taking a loss if you let them.
