Billing info vs Contract signed???

With my speed seeming to max out at ±15 KBps, I decided to check what package Sintech have loaded on their system. Although I signed a 12 month 256 unbundled contract, I see that they have loaded a 128 24 month "product" for me.

Anyone else had this happen? Best I get them to correct this - I certainly don't want to be tied to 24 months!

My account says im tied in for 136Months and owe -R36,000

So dont trust what you see there

So they owe you R36,000.... sweet. Tell them you'll go easy on them and they can pay it to you in monthly installments over the 136 months []
