Billing problems on 10+10Gb for R199 contract renewal

Almost all of us who renewed the 8ta I5 internet promo contract by invitation to 10 Gb + 10 Gb for R199 has billing problems.
I am creating this thread so that telkom mobile can address the issues.

Here is my issue.

I have renewed my 8ta Internet promo(10 Gb for R199) last month after receiving a call from 8ta sales with a special offer.
The offer is 10 Gb + 10 Gb(night surfer) for R199.
I was happy to get the offer and agreed to reneew my contract. On 1st of October I have received 20 Gb data.

On 2nd of October I have received an invoice from 8ta for R316 as opposed to R216. I have a secondary sim and R16 is charged for secondary SIM.

I have complained one of the other threads and telkom mobile rep confirmed the problem and he said they are looking at the problem. He said the invoice will be sorted out.

Assuming that it will be fixed, I did not bother.

This morning I received new invoice and i thought they sent me new invoice after fixing the original problem because normally you do not get 2 invoices in one month.

But to my surprise the invoice amount has gone up this time to R515.50 instead of coming down.

Can you please assist? I am sure the problem is not specific to me.

When was your contract due for an upgrade ? Unless they charged you a cancellation fee for the reaming, month or 2 possibly that what happened, but please keep us posted.

My contract was due for upgrade in August.
From the new invoice I see that they added new contract for R299 for the existing R199.
When was your contract due for an upgrade ? Unless they charged you a cancellation fee for the reaming, month or 2 possibly that what happened, but please keep us posted.
