too lazy to look up screen shots/ man on the router. But setup is straightforward.
On router go to wireless, remove any wireless security settings, set it to assign dhcp address's, select a channel number, make sure it broadcasts the ssid, change ssid to something u will recognize.
On ur mac, make sure airport is on, select the wireless network, connect.
Test connectivity by pinging etc..
then move on to changing security settingts

If you want to use the security feature on the Billion you first have to upgrade the router to the latest version firmware.

Hi did you connect all the cables?If you did just open your Web browser(Safari),by the address bar type 10.0.0.2. It will require you to type in the username and password. The username and password is both "admin".Then you will be logged in to the billion page.
