Billion Help Plz

I have a Billion 7300G wireless router, and most of the time when I change my ISP accounts (IS and SAIX), the router stops responding. When I reset the router, it can take up to 10-15 mins to sync up, yet my older D-Link router syncs up in under 30 seconds. What could be the problem?

Yeah, i also have that problem. The trick is not to reset the modem manually but let it do the 60second countdown. It is irritating to wait 1 minute but at least it is not the 15 it takes if you manually reset.

60 sec countdown? When I change the log in details, it just freezes, and I cant get back into the router, wifi or lan. Only switching it off works.

Well the modem is fairly new, perhaps check for a firmware update!

The F/W in the unit is the latest, it came with it originally. The problem is really annoying. Any other ideas?

Eish sorry but I have no other ideas. Have you tried contacting billion or sending them an email notifying them of the issue?
