Binance hires South African country boss

Binance has hired former HSBC South Africa global banking head Hannes Wessels to lead its South African operations.

Wessels has been at HSBC for 22 years, serving in senior executive positions since 2010.

Binance is doing the most in my view to push crypto adoption, and though they are my 1st choice exchange I am not too sold on BNB since it is an ETH copycat with some unique characteristics. BNB is what they push, and push hard to adopt. Time will tell...

In time, all the meme coins will lose value once utility takes the stage. At least SHIB is trying to provide utility.
