I have some arm/elbow aches which last for several days after exercising and these are not like your normal muscle sourness kind of aches. So I decided I must go see someone.
I recon I should first go to the Physiotherapist to identify the problem and then to the Biokineticist if necessary.

Suggestions?

The Biokineticist will help when the problem has been identified. They help you do the right exersize for that muscle to not hurt it again.

So yeah you go to the physio first.

Tennis elbow? If so, not much helps other than rest

I don't know what exactly it is. I have had it for years now but I only get it when I really work my arms hard. For instance doing rock climbing and then doing arm exercises in the next few days, sometimes the rock climbing is enough. And only certain exercises make them hurt, like pull ups for instance.
And rest does not seem to help, it just starts up again after exercise.
