BIS not coming off topup airtime

I'm on a Controlchat contract where I normally get R175 airtime each month. Normally I use R50 of it to get BIS, but CellC have started adding it to the amount I pay every month for the contract. There doesn't seem to be a way to make it use the included airtime. Is anyone else having this problem?

Seems like it. Not at all happy with this. Means I now have to pay an extra R50pm for BIS.

On you Control chat packages you are able to use your airtime to buy BIS.
We have tested it and it work, please let me know if still experiencing issue.
