Guys, I'm sure it's been asked before...

Can I get Bittorrent to work on the 3GB package?

Seriously can't wait for ICASA's guidelines to be applied to iBurst...

I have the 3GB package and I can use Bittorrent fine with default settings, however it always seems to be pretty slow, as in max of about 8kbps

I get a max of 3-4kbp/s. that sucks ass. before the launch i was doing 100-120kbp/s !!
So they have the capability of offering these speeds but choose not to.
Anyone on the 9gb package - what speeds do you get with torrents?
Please state where you from i.e. jhb, cpt...

It also depends on what tracker you use for the specific torrent. Some allow unlimited usage, others require an upload/download ratio to be maintained or your speeds drop.

For example, I seldom get more than 5 to 10K/s on anything from demonoid.

I'm on the 1gb package and manage torrent speeds of between 5-35kbps (mostly around 10kbps)
