Good day All

Please be advised that we are aware there is a BIS/ BES issue that certain customers are
Currently experiencing. We have logged a complaint with RIM and are awaiting feedback
As to what the issue may be. We do hope that this is resolved soon .

Hi All

The problem experienced by some Blackberry users has been resolved.
Should the problem persist, please reboot your handset by removing the battery and restarting your handset.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by a technical glitch on our system.

please can you Private message me you BB pin(one you use to add a person to BB messenger).
once done whats needed on my side will PM you to do hard rest (just pull battery out with out switching it off)

Dont worry i agree been a long day wow hectic lol.
