BlackBerry Z10 South Africa price point revealed

wonder what will the Contract pricing be on the Z10.
im guessing around R400 - R500pm with a joke of data included.

Come on people! Support BlackBerry. Get the Z10 and draw attention. Let everyone ask: "What is that? A BlackBerry? Never seen one like thát before. Cool!". Time to throw a spanner in the works.

R7000 for a Blackberry?

Don't be a fool, the phone gets positive reviews everywhere (that matters).

That it might be too late is a different story altogether, but I still give them a chance if they do everything right from here on.

The pricing says a lot about what BlackBerry think of their flagship device in the superphone packing order.

This is the cheapest flagship phone (on launch) I've seen in the last 12 months.

The SGS3 was priced at about the same level when it launched in SA, but this was "promotional".

Well CaCell was advertising a Z10 at R15000 a few days ago. I see it has gone down to R13000.... http://www.cacell.co.za/Blackberry-Z10 R7000 is arguably a good launch price, but I would hope to see it drop significantly in a few months. Shopping wisely you would get a Galaxy Note 2 for that price.

Specs are the same as the S2. Bleh, I'm sure teens will go crazy for this.

I thought SA was a "special" market to RIM. All they did was use our market to keep them afloat until they released their new OS.

No Thanks. Early adopters almost always gets burnt. :p

The Z10 is definitely getting good reviews. Was reading quite a complementary one on ComputerWorld.

R7k????? Faaaaaaaaaark. Now they should surely die. Nobody's gonna pay that for a crapberry.

Word is that they have already sold out in Canada and the UK.

Looks like spam, smells like spam, but doesn't click like spam.

I is confuze

First post. Definitely spam.

Looks like a nice phone to me... I am not due for an upgrade until year end...
