I'm not exactly sure, but a friend of mine who works at Koeberg has claimed that Stage 1 allows for 1000MW of load to be shed, Stage 2 allows for 2000MW of load to be shed, Stage 3 allows for 4000MW of load to be shed.

Maybe someone can shed more light on this?

I am in ANC fodder territory....stage 1 does not affect us.
Stage 2....2 hours
Stage 3....2X2 hours....with a nice break in between the shedding so you can charge the batteries and get them up to speed again.
