If Malema is an only child, he is already surplus to requirement.

This could be interpreted multiple ways.

He undoubtedly knows that big families are still heavily ingrained in the culture, so arguing against them probably won't get him votes.

A blanket anti-drugs message isn't particularly useful. He is right though to tell people to take responsibility, and that does mean avoiding drugs while pregnant and making raising your children the primary focus.
 
Or maybe politicians shouldn't be telling people what to do in their private lives. :mad:

White people need to start having more babies because they are not keeping up with the birthrates of minorities.
 
so in other words, go have more children, do not use the excuse that you cannot feed or dress the child, just have more children.
