If we're to believe the reports that the school raised concerns with the authorities about the safety of the structure, it indicates someone knew enough to consider it dangerous - they should have taken action to protect the children in their care.

If I suspect a situation poses a risk to me and my family, I will ensure that none of us goes anywhere near the danger, regardless of who's responsible for the dangerous situation.
