But that's the nature of media. They only pick stories that have potential to generate some traffic. Black-on-black, black-on-white and white-on-white crime hardly make front page news. Public has no direct control over this. Media bosses do.

Just watched the SABC report on this awful tragedy. I just can't believe the callous indifference of the reporters on the scene trying to talk to pupils involved, trying to talk to parents and then saying 'oh they are too shocked to talk' in a tone that suggests they are being entirely unreasonable by not being able to talk to the press. Grow some compassion!

Instead of working to make the life better for the majority by actually having good governance and creating opportunities for them. Ironically if this country fails. Perhaps I should've pointed out BLF are nothing more than a lobby group for a small number of politicians. I did in my follow up posts. As alluded to above, they don't represent a majority. Their "meetings" barely attract a crowd.
