80% after I drop the browns off at the superbowl, there is a little blood on the paper...

Should this be of any concern?

If the blood is bright red, it's probably a hemorrhoid. Don't worry, you can treat it pretty easily. If the blood is a darker brownish colour, go see a doctor.
If he is getting paper cuts 80% of the time he might want to switch from mondi to baby soft 3 plyThis.
Hemorrhoid or paper cut (it happens) leaves bright blood. Brown or black extremely foul smelling stool is very bad.

Another question to ask is, do you eat a lot of beetroot ? You get the same effect.
As mentioned before its most likely an internal haemorrhoid.
You need to up your fibre intake substantially for a few weeks and it should go away by itself.
