Now look at the pics of the women at the restaurant on women's day further on. Bit difficult to do that for marketing when the women had a R200 endless bubbly

Of course, that's what it supposed to be like. Innocent until proven guilty. I cannot live my life assuming the worst of people. If the restaurant did discriminate (which is a crime and she never explicitly claimed they did discriminate based on race), then she should have opened a case against them so that an investigation can be done and it would no longer be a case of he said she said, but now that waters are muddied with social media pundits deciding that the restaurant is 100% guilty. It's digital mob justice and we are all the worse off for it.

The restaurant gave their explanation and it was deemed not good enough.

I had the same problem at Brad's Grill in Kenilworth. Went there with my wife. The waitress said sure as 2/3 of the tables were empty. But when we tried to enter suddenly Brad arrives and said oh no, we are completely full which was clearly not the case. We ate elsewhere (great Thai restaurant...

What allegations, lets play the quote game again? Please quote where I alleged anything definitively. Again, it's not might fault that you can't read properly and made assumptions about my stance on this,

Agree, it should have been done through proper channels, not through the press.

That's exactly it. You never allege anything definitively. It's always an implication with a hypothetical possibility. When refuted, the next hypothetical possibility is thrown out. It never ends and the narrative becomes one of guilt by association.

Tbh I'm yet to see anyone claim this. I've seen most either says it's impossible, or it's possible. I missed any post claiming it has to be true. To claim as a definitive that it either is true, or is not true you have to be a dumbarse.

I'm assuming it's horseshit as you get many many people that see racism in everything ( especially on SM) at the same time I'll also also easily admit it's possible, bit I'd really need to see some solid proof as it's easy to claim racism where it doesn't exist.
