Your article on the above is very true. However, today I had a bitter experience. I placed an order at 14h30 and promised delivery by 16h00. At 17h00, I contacted them and was told that they had some issues and would deliver by 18h00. They also told me that in the event of non delivery or nobody receives the goods, they will cancel the order and I have to reorder. They are making their problem the customers problem. The goods eventually arrived at 18h30. I feel that if they have a problem, they must communicate and deliver the next day and not cancel the order. What are the feelings of other customers?
