Hey guys,

I need to get my BMW's roof re-synced, can anyone give me details of a reliable (and clever) BMW workshop in Centurion?

Has anyone had any good experiences with the Centurion BMW dealership service department?

Which model BMW do you have?

I would say that your best bet would be Leo Haese Centurion, dont know of any other approved repair/service centres in Centurion.

its an e36 BMW Convertible '97.

Going to try Village Auto in Irene tomorrow morning, will let you know!

I went to auto village to repair my bmw recently because I read this thread. and Now I have to say: It's really not a nice place to repair your car.

1 They replace the car parts without your confirmation to the quote;
2 They place the dirty old parts streight in your car seats and they don't allow you go to there workshop to check...
3 They don't show you the spare part before they installed it into your car even I asked them to show me the spare parts number so that I can confirm it's really the original part. They agreed to my request but they didn't show the parts to me before their installation. It means that you don't know what kind of parts they installed into you car.
4 My air- condition was not working after they fixed my engine problems. I find the problem before I pay them. They checked again for about 20 minutes and tell me that they forgot to restore the fuse!!!
5 My coins in the car were missing after my car was fixed. I know it's small money, but It's a reflection of their work style.

That's just what I encountered recently. I hope It can be helpful for your reference. I also hope that Village Auto can improve themselves to avoid the same problems happen again.

i prefer leo haese hatfield, i didnt get good service from the centurion branch and i stay close to them, but will rather go to hatfield

I also avoid Leo Haese in Centurion, their prices are higher compared to Auto Bavaria in Midrand (which is presumable head office) and I've heard enough borderline stories about them, so I always use Auto Bavaria (I can take the distance). I stay in Centurion by the way.

Village Auto in Irene is a BIG no, no. BMW Hatfield, they are just simply the BEST!!!

I have had nothing but great service from Leo Haese Centurion. Great communication and exceptional attention to detail.
