Unbelievably, it's completely unchanged ...... Spies and Juan Smith should have made way IMO. But anyway ..... on another note, my brother has been telling me that this week so far the temperature is barely getting above 10 degrees  Hopefully the Boks can create some heat (unlike the Welsh game) :D

Well I have to agree with you (for once) on spies, I think he should have started on the bench, or even more time on the bench to get hi out of this $$%^&$# phase of running with the ball in one hand, as soon as he gets tackled you just see whoop, there goes the ball.

I would let Bekker start instead of Botha, and would defitnely give Jacque Fourie more game

I'm a big Spies fan, that kid is an athlete of the highest calibre. He's been half the player though since his blood clot issues. I wonder what the issue is there?

Ryan hugely talented too and has to be very close to starting, perhaps against England next week? I would leave Juan at play Spies on the flank and Ryan at 8. Juan to slow for the ELV type game IMO...

Lets hope we have a ref that will blow it objectively...

Dont get me wrong, and MH can back me up here, I am a huge Spies fan, he is one of my favourite players, if not THE favourite, but it currently looks like he is trying to hard or not hard enough.

As soon as he breaks the line, he has this stupid style of running with the ball in one hand, or when he gets a pass the chances are very good that he fumbles. Maybe he should sit out a couple or not start, let ****o start and then he can come in later when there is not that much pressure, maybe that will help him get his game back.

But anyways, am also looking forward to the game

Someone mentioned that Kanko should start and play 60 with Spies playing the remaining 20 instead of the other way round it is now .... I agree with that. Quite disturbing are the rumours that Spies doesn't play well when he isn't being mollycoddled ..... frikkin little baby.

Fixed. :p

Anyway, back to the team. So I suppose it was a waste of time taking other players because the team against England will be the same too - that's if you follow pvd's reasoning.

Spies’ handling often lets him down, he tends to go to ground too easily and he is seldom seen providing the link between forwards and backs in the tradition of great No8s such as Doug Hopwood, Tom Bedford, Morne du Plessis and Bob Skinstad.

With that sentence he made his name as.s :p:D

BUT

Whether it is his Bulls background, where brute force often gives sway to subtlety, is difficult to tell but Spies needs to be more of a footballer and one way to assist him would be to send him to Paul Treu’s Sevens squad for a series of tournaments

With that statement he has won my respect :)

I agree 100%
