For many people, its bonus/increase month this month.
Have you seen a negative affect as a result of the pandemic?

For my team, bonus are down between 25-55%... We still consider ourselves lucky to be getting them at all.
Increases are in line with most years.

Tell you in April, when we do our comp discussions for the year.. Bonus is not something the company offers, so eagerly waiting to hear about increase this year..

Between the tax hikes and the companies historic lack of matching the medical aid yearly increases for their contributions, I fully expect that any increase I do get, would be taken up by these things, ultimately resulting in no increase as such..

I would still be exceptionally grateful, there are people far worse off than me..

Got a bit of increase and bonus after last year we got nothing and had taken salary cuts.

Things are rough and i am grateful that i am still employed.

No bonus or increase last year and this year not looking any better.
Employer is still making good profits but using the pandemic as an excuse to not pay increases and bonuses.
Lots of staff have been leaving and I'm also ready to go once I find something else

No increase (nothing new - haven’t had one for nearly 10 years), but my bonus is higher this year, which is what counts (it’s a lot more than my base salary).

Not had a bonus in 3 years.

Corona means our main source of income is history, Company gone from 140 employees to 36.

Those of us still working all have pay cuts in one form or another.

I am down around 1/3rd of my salary.
That's hectic.

I work for an online retailer and Covid is the best thing that ever happened to them. So I'm expecting normal bonuses/increases this year, but it depends if I qualify since I technically joined just after the cutoff for annual increases.

0.8% Bonus in December 2020 (super grateful I got one, also first one in 6 years). No increase in the last 4 years. Don't expect I'll be getting one soon either.

So when did you see his financial statements and Profit & Loss Reports for the financial year?

Every employee in the company I work for took a temporary salary reduction last year and as far as I know no-one got any increases at the end of last year and some got small bonuses.

No increase.

Performance bonuses aren’t part of the job.

At least there’s a small tax cut from this month.

Still grateful to have a job that pays me more than i need to survive.

My company doesn't pay bonuses, only something similar to an employee of the month incentive.

We had no increase last year, so I'm hoping we get one this year.
