Will see in April. Got bonus and 2 increases last year. Company is doing well so I'm sure it will be the same this year. Very fortunate to be in this business during COVID.

Increases payable in January were deferred to August 2021.
Performance bonus will be paid out in a few days, expecting a whopper.

No increase last year (June/July) because of Covid but we did receive a bonus.

Not looking good this year for an increase either as we've only really started seeing things pick up these last two months and its still not the same as pre-Covid.

Got a good increase and microscopic bonus (like 1/5th of a salary). But generally just happy to still have a job at this stage.

For many people, its bonus/increase month this month.
Have you seen a negative affect as a result of the pandemic?

For my team, bonus are down between 25-55%... We still consider ourselves lucky to be getting them at all.
Increases are in line with most years.
I won't get a bonus this year as I only started my new job in January. However, nothing in my previous job as well as no increase. Then again they were going through their usual 18-month retrenchment cycle to save costs...I mean to streamline the company.
But, I am enjoying my new job and feel like this is the place I should have been 3 years ago already, so while it's going to suck not having a bonus, it means I have something to look forward too as they did pay bonuses out!

We where fairly lucky. 3% increase for most of the company and bonus's where given. Mine was the same as last year and was a little more than a 13th cheque. Taxman once he is done will make sure it is a lot less though but incredibly grateful to have it considering the bloodbath that is out there with most people getting salaries cut, jobs cut, and bonus's being somewhat of a dream.

Received a 4.4% increase... Not really awesome but hey, I will take it because med aid went up, insurance went up... Just about everything else went up... Last year also received same increase.

will find out on the 25th . Company does not keep us in the loop with bonuses and increases. Its usually just a suprise. Last years December bonus was the lowest since my 7 years at he company so im not expecting the usual 5-8% increase

Not too bad. 4.5% increase. 13th cheque (vs normally 20-30%). And I got another 5% for acting as Covid-19 compliance officer. Not as much as normal but I am grateful that we actually got increases and some bonus.

No bonus or increase last year and this year not looking any better.
Employer is still making good profits but using the pandemic as an excuse to not pay increases and bonuses.
Lots of staff have been leaving and I'm also ready to go once I find something else
I hate corporate and their excuses! Back when I was still in corporate I worked in finance. I drew up the budgets for our huge international company who was also listed and sent out all the statements on a quarterly basis.

come increase time I had an issue as my increase did not meet my KPI. Naturally I complained that I should not be getting the average increase as my KPI was way above average. CEO tells me that I already got higher than everyone else. I told him it’s BS and he claims company didn’t make money. I called his Bs again and remind him that I do the budgets and know how much everyone gets as well as how much profit we made. Tells me that is classified info that I’m not supposed to know. I burst out laughing and told him to go F himself. Resigned and went full time into my business (was doing it on the side back then).

to stick to topic though... wife got retrenched last month. Her bonus is that she’ll have a break at home for a few months.

business my side... no bonus. If people are struggling financially then my income is sadly affected.

First time since i started working that I did not get an increase/bonus(last year) or both.
Don't care if I do or don't get this year... No salary cut either, just grateful to have a job and am able to get by with my current salary for now.

Some people are not so lucky, it's tough out there.

We normally get increases end of June. Last year no increases across the board, but full bonuses in December. Hopefully there are increases this year.

Got 15% of annual ctc. And 6% increase. Meh could of been 7% if the auditor didn’t raise a finding.

Lucky sods. My company retrenched 90% of the infrastructure teams, opened a branch in India, replaced all the positions at a fraction of thr cost, and didn't give us bonuses or increases because they pocketed the change.
