I just got a 6% increase and they hope to give performance based increases in July.

This is all depending on how the company actually does. We are cautiously optimistic because we did expect to lose a lot of business but it looks like our customers that survived (we lost some) have kept on sending us work.

We had also just come out of a bad period and so were due to get bonuses and nice increases. This was postponed as soon as the pandemic hit. I'm still happy to have a job and work though.

The wife got an initial decrease of 25% and then they paid her back. Her position is privately funded so it was a problem that they tried to share some of that funding with the rest of the org.
Now it looks like she will only be funded till oct so interesting times ahead. There are a few other options they are looking at so holding thumbs.

I got a 0% increase, but purely because of a promotion in November. The average increase for my team was around 3-4%. We use increases to keep people market related, so not linked to performance.
For bonus it was down on the cash incentive side (25%) however i was lucky enough to get a share incentive this year.
So total bonus value is around 20% of annual CTC...

I gave myself a performance bonus of 500k last week.

Staff got 8-15%, depending on performance. Management got share option or a new tax-free car, their choice as long as the amounts were close.

About 80% increase, but due to recent change, that's about 120% in one year. Due to benefit changes, tax changes due to emigration, etc. take home more like 200%.
The joys of a "low" base, plus company is doing amazingly well due to Covid.

Fortunately haven't had a salary cut but haven't ever had a bonus since I started working in 2010 :)
