Are you suggesting small, liquid filled, plastic bags to be inserted in the scrotum? Surely we'd need a standard of measurement for this! I propose we call it "Tee-size" as in a Golf Tee, as opposed to "Cup-size".

It's not supposed to affect breast feeding at all, when done correctly.

I think it depends on type of implant, remember its padding behind the breast tissue via a cut in the fold/underneath/side of breast i.e. its like adding shoulder pads to an existing jacket. There are other more extensive procedures though where it might not be possible

Because these are usually the ones that look 'cool' and like those pics guys drool over in the photo section of this site even yet.. when they not hiding behind & making sweaters looks awesome, it just looks darn weird. i don't think that's the case with all women. of course you get the women who just want male attention but for me it's a personal thing. it would boost my own confidence if my boobs were slightly bigger. i don't care what Joe Soap thinks. It would make me feel more beautiful as a woman and i think that is what counts at the end of the day.
