I reckon C would look best and wont look like i'm Dolly Parton or anything.

lol mental illness? Erm not that i know of. i'm 25 with no chronic medical conditions either, so i should be a good candidate for surgery.

Just remember that your clothing options would then change a lot. Take my word for it. A lot of what you can get away with now just looks obscene in C/D cup range.
On the other hand, a lot of stuff fits much better and looks much nicer.

But it does depend your body type.

EDIT: Based on what you've said, I wouldn't go for D. C should look good, though; possibly a tad too big, but not obscenely so.

Well no doubt you're gonna be subjected to the odd "don't do it, beauty is not just skin deep" rubbish. Ignore them. They're part of the counter-revolutionary movement.

BTW, do you lack self-confidence with the little twins and do you reckon the larger siblings will change this? Do you have a significant other that you've discussed it with?

Of course. But some people do take issue with it. My best mate's ex wanted a boob-job and the twit flipped his lid about it. Caused a major rift between them over it - he objected on moral and religious grounds...

I'd like to fill out tops a bit better than what i do now but yea i can see how some things just wouldn't look right guess it's the choice you make when you have something like this done.
