Only downer with fake breasts is that they really do look fake... breasts then become "things" not part of the person. They can look good in clothes, but in bikinis and topless the just look too fake. I think that the shapes of fake breasts are weird... they go straight out from the chest and are often bigger than the area that attaches them to the chest (if that makes sense).

Also most people change their mind at the last minute and go 2 cups sizes up, not the one the intended, and it looks silly. I say maximum of one cup size.

That's unfortunate. I've always enjoyed a sporty-cup on a woman. Everything should be in proportion. If you're going for an op - breasts shouldn't be noticed 1st, but rather look sexy iow: shape more so than size.

Yea i think it really does depend on how big you go. The teadrop saline implant looks the most natural but causes ripples and can move.

I'm only interested in going a cup size bigger. Don't want to look like an overstuffed chicken @ xmas dinner.
