It would be interesting to see how ICASA intends to make all the local municipalities follow it?

Right now every new site I do involves enough red tape to go around moon twice.

Im really interested to see how they intend implementing it. Im all for the idea it would make my job easier but I have no idea how they will do it.

It is pretty clear, they have put together a policy document the DOC has the power to implement nationally to reduce the legal hurdles. I just hope the document is done properly and is implemented quickly.

I would also like to know what they plan to do. While reading this article, I was looking for the action plan/policy, but it is sadly lacking.
