Bottle store in Jhb selling imported Lagers

Start with the pale ale/ lager and then try the others.

in PTA Draymans have a good selection of nice beers.(http://www.draymans.com/)

Just be prepared they are very different to SAB types of beers(much less carbonated and more flavor)

Both beers can be bought at their locations as well as at some Makro and Tops shops.

I also enjoy copper lake but haven't seen them in my local Makro yet.

But the point is to look for a good locally produced microbrewery beer be it a ale,lager or whatever and give it a try.
Beer was not designed to sit in the sun or hot trucks traveling the world.

Thanks for the suggestions. I went to Gilroys yesterday and it was a pretty good time. Had their Traditional which was nice. I've also tried the darling brew black mist and I enjoyed it.

I think you can purchase from them. Otherwise, they sell gilroys at makro and some loco liquors

gilroys are available at some of the liquor city's in the area incl bel-air

also try loco liquors a try, they are pricey but they have a huge range of non-std beers. my most recent purchase there was a case of jack black lagers...awesome stuff imo

Hops 'n Scotch in Randpark Ridge is pretty good, otherwise Makro - as has been discussed.
