Hi guys
I bought a car from a dealer in Gauteng almost a year ago and now the license is up for renewal. They registered the car in Gauteng so it has GP plates. I asked them to register the car in KZN where I live but there were lots of delays with lockdowns, etc so now it has GP plates, which I kinda don't mind because it makes me look scary.
Does anyone know how to register the car in my home province now?
I assume I need the RLV and NCP forms as seen here - http://www.enatis.com/index.php/dow...orms?limit=5&limitstart=0&order=hits&dir=DESC
and my proof of address in KZN obviously.
Also, are licensing offices seeing people as they come or do you have to make an appointment? I'm assuming I can't do this at a post office?
