I can't see how not to cross that line with more than one person. Just for myself alone I've got bnet downloader with 15gb in its queue, before that I had steam of another 10-15. That's already 30gb gone in a few days. I'm also contemplating downloading rocksmith when I get my guitar to usb which is another 12gb. That's already 42 then. That's almost half of it
Yeah I'm doing 200+GB a month, everything legitimate, and I'm not even trying.
Long story short, Mweb obviously have numbers in mind, they can't divulge those numbers because that would be tantamount to admitting that they're falsely advertising services.
I'm wondering what the CPA says about paying for something without clear outlines of what that something actually is? I'm not a lawyer, nor a big fan of the act, but perhaps it can be applied to this situation?
This is all about trimming fat though. Cut out the bigger users, increase profit and abuse the lack of knowing any better of their current users. I think they did a pisspoor job of notifying their customers and managing the fallout of this mess. They should take a leaf out of Vodacom's book as to how to screw people over without them complaining too much, but I digress.
