Brace for worse load-shedding in 2024

Eskom's system status outlook for 2024 shows that there will be a significant electricity shortfall for every week of the year and people should expect extensive load-shedding.

The report's 52-week outlook forecasts that electricity demand will be much higher than available generating capacity every week of the year ahead.

Lies... its was ended by december, our lectric minter said so

I dont care I have an inverter
You, me, and everyone else that can afford to pay for electricity at this point.

It's going to get silly the moment eskom tries to increase prices more - at this point it will only cost 12 months of bill at current prices to go completely off grid

Oh don't say that. Just yesterday that numbnut woman said load shedding is decreasing and it's not true that we will have it for years to come.

This must be how the mybb journous look every day. Every single piece coming out is as negative as possible. Post some good news in between. I understand why @backstreetboy wants to leave here.

No problem. Already buckled in and braced, thanks!

And if things keep going the way they are, we will be providing the government with power one of these days.

Have no fear everyone.........Dan the man is on his way!! Lol.

I saw a video recorde in the 1960's saying everything that is happening now will happen. Too bad the guy was branded as a Racist and no one listened.
Even if he wasn't racist, power utilities generally don't change their operations because a guy made a video about what's going to happen 60 years in the future.

Just need to replace the batteries.

Pity we still have to pay for Eskom either way through taxes though...
