Can't you just return the extra item? Most shops will accept an unused device that is still sealed.

We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of the store manager where you return the product, having inspected the condition of the item returned.
Can't see why they wouldn't take it back. Especially if 2 were purchased and one is being kept.

The manager would be a complete Point Of ESale to not give you a refund, especially if you are keeping one.

Went through to Incredible Connection this morning and was told by the store manager that refunds are only available within the first 7 days after purchase, and even though my unit is still completely sealed in its original packaging he can't offer me a refund.

The old, 'return unwanted Christmas gifts deal'. It might be worth giving them a call, OP.


From what I've gathered from their Facebook page the "unwanted Christmas gifts offer" was last made available in December 2017, and not in subsequent years.
