She should be the "quit" in equity and resign from her position to let a noble person of colour take it instead.

Given that critical race theory is actually based on the premise that race is a socially constructed (culturally invented) category, and is not genetic or biological, I think you'll be waiting a long time for that day.
Who counts as black then?

Anyone who fits into the socially constructed category of 'black people' - the category constructed on a arbitrary selection of physical characteristics... Obviously, duh

What about a white person who marries a black person?
And then, what about their child who is biracial?

Stuff that in your pipe and smoke it it you loony nut job.

People like this really shouldn't be given the time of day but her position warrants it unfortunately.

I was chatting to a black person who claimed whites are racist.

I asked him for one example of racism towards his person.

He could not give one example.
So, he can't have evidence of white racism if he's never been a victim of white racism? That's some weird logic. The guy could have talking **** and racist but you're deduction is just as bad.

That isn't an answer.

What are objective criteria for determining when a person is black?

There are no objective criteria, that's the point - the definition of who is black changes by region, culture, time period, etc. There are defining physical characteristics - skin colour, hair type, facial proportions and other arbitrarily selected physical characteristics, that are used systemically, by society and culture, to categorise people into different racial groups or constructs.

So there are no objective criteria about membership, yet progressive policy requires you to divide people according to this non-objective criteria and assign benefits to them.
