I am curious whether it was prepared in advance, with the needed amendments today, or hurried on this day. I am sure that their pursual will be clarity on the verdict, because their standard approach is to question the ruling, opening it up to more interpretations where they are also normally doomed in appeal.

I read the Judge's ruling, it is consistent and coherent.
