I will probably chat about it on here. Release in North America tomorrow so we should see the first reviews then... Really hope it isn't cr@p... too many disappointments this year.

Its fine if you chat on here :p The channel is for those who would like to build a community at a central hub.

Yeah well im really looking forward to the multiplayer.
Hoping it will get a decent community.
They seem to have tried to take the best from a lot of games.
Its a bit of COD snd TF2.
You get the customizing and upgrading of weapons and your skills like COD but the map objectives, classes and teamplay from TF2.
Only thing im unsure about is the SMART movement thing. Will have to see how it actually plays out.

I will be getting it on Xbox, depending what the reviews say. I don't want to buy another POS like Homefront.

Mmmm watched a review on it...yeah average like borderland meets RAGE type of thing, that smart system they using looks interesting with the point and go, to manover obsticals so yeah will wait for some youtube gameplays from real people with a review first...doesn't hurt when ur paying 600 a game to wait a few hrs

Its only about R350 on PC :)
I dunno about Borderlands and Rage, it wont be as much RPG as that.

Yeah pc is always a good inbetween price, its the graphics style of that game like half animated (don't know the category that it fits in) but the game play I did see it looks like its a set story line can still roam but in the end u are forced to follow a specific path if u know what I mean...maybe phrasing it wrong

Well its based on objectives. Like escorting a VIP from point A to point B.
There are sub missions you can complete but at the end of the day the point is to get the VIP from A to B.
And im not too sure if there is any real story line.
The difference between single player and multiplayer is pretty much nothing.

Haha Leelo, i was never sold on the game. But all of a sudden i am.
Guess because its getting released this week.

Ahh see that's said a bit better than I did...

I don't know lately I have not been sold on many games but just buy them anyway due to the fact that I want something to play and finish currently playing nfs shift 2 not bad but just playing it...brink shall see the game got a lot of hype around the early stages, but then agaiN LA NOIR also releases later this month so choices and budgets :( :( :(

I know exactly how you feel.
I also buy a lot of games because i want something to really grab me.
But i generally get bored within a week or so...if not within the first hour.
But thats why im excited about this game. I love playing online and the only game i really enjoy is TF2 and this seems like a possible step forward from that.
If you are looking for a single player with a great story...im not sure if this will satisfy that...maybe it will...maybe not.

COD killer....err no. Dont know why COD is so popular but its a giant and it wont be taken down anytime soon.
Brink is probably more similar to COD than Borderlands.
You are saying that purely because of the graphics.

Brink looks kak. When I watch the gameplay previews I look at the weird movement and aiming and go "Oh yup, that's 100% console aiming and movement. Thanks, but no thanks."
