British Airways reopens domestic flights

Comair - the operator of British Airways in South Africa - has reopened bookings for domestic flights with the airline.

Starting 9 December, British Airways will begin operating on all of its previous South African domestic routes.

Bought tickets with Flysafair for the holidays a few days ago for 2 people and it came to over R8000. Just checked the BA website for the same dates, and it is only R4000.

So much for Flysafair being the "budget" airline. Glad to see British Airways is back.

Flysafair had a defacto monopoly on the market, and Dec is the moneymaking month for all local airlines...
