There is no better stadium in the World than Loftus - PTA !

You guys should have bought those tickets instead of the ones you got. Check out www.computicket.co.za you might find some on there still. Hope it helps :) Get me one and I'll give you a guided tour :D

edit: I had a look there and it doesn;t seem to be available on there yet. But keep checking a little closer to the time.

Either that or it's sold out.

Cheers Pitbull

Been sold out for months, face value tickets are fantastically expensive and v v v hard to source in the UK, so trying to source a few before we get there from you locals

Dont want to risk flying round the world and not getting a ticket or 3

Will keep on trying tho. Also a few / loads of beer available if anyone does come up with some

Cool, that explains it.

But I'm sure someone on this forum might have a ticket or 2 they can part with. Time will tell :) Alternatively you can get the "Boktown" tickets at R 30 a pop. It's hosted at a casino in Johannesburg with an awesome vibe. Massive screens and the like. It's not Loftus but you will get the SA experience from Boktown ;) I saw they have tickets on the above website a nice second prize if you don't come right.

Cheers frag - been there done that (daily) - Will not pay megabucks tho

Hopefully all the first time scalpers will get cold feet nearer the time when the realise they cannot expect to get such high fees

Sandmanm34 - Go on, Go on, Go on - let me have them

Maybe in a position to swap 4 for 3rd test for 4 for Pretoria if that interests anydody

Hey Scwelsh, Try the SABC. The ad is still running on the radio, which is a good sign I guess (or just more sheer incompetence from our National Broadcaster) either way you have nothing to lose. Looks a bit pricey for me (but then again, I just paid FIFA R13k for 2 tickets for next years football WC final *sigh*)

You should maybe see if there are any season tickets available that include the match.

As far as I know you only get first buying choice for the Lions tickets and its not included in your season ticket.

I could be wrong.

Thats my understanding as well but it doesn't really matter anyway because the annual sale of season tickets for Loftus is closed.

Yes but he might be able to get to some season ticket holder that does not want to buy a lions tour ticket and thus he can buy a couple of him for R100 extra per ticket.

Ahhhhh, ok. I've yet to meet a diehard Bulls supporter who'd give away/ sell Lions tickets! It's as if it's the 2nd coming of Jesus to some!:D

Good luck Scwelsh!

Lol, yeah true in 75% of the cases but some people I know have 6 season tickets yet they are not going to buy 6 lions tickets @ +-R1200 a ticket ;)

So they might have 2-3 season ticket markers left to buy the lions tickets :)

Guys really appreciate your advice and help

If anyone does have 3 free season tickets for the match, I can tell them there will be more than a few rand (not much more than a few mind - we are from Scotland) and beers coming their way
