I watched nearly five minutes of Third Day and then hit the delete button as fast as I could. There is just so much better content out there to waste on this rubbish.
Such as?
I'm personally finding it quite a mind trip

It was an unrealistic mind trip for me. Totally unbelievable behaviour by the characters. Then an american accent in the middle of it pushed it over the edge for me. Nah lol.

If you want to "realistic" TV series then stick to documentaries

I do enjoy documentaries... and believable drama. I don't get much of a kick from something where the story can go any which way the storyteller chooses unless it's comedy or clearly contrived. That genre that sits between "normal life" and impossible fiction has limited appeal to me. It's as interesting as a cop show where the perp, after being chased by the cops on foot, suddenly teleports to another part of town... what's the point?

At the end of the day they have managed to create a really dark and eerie atmosphere
i.e. the island
which I have to give them credit for

That is true. Part of me wants to continue watching to see what's up but then the weird characters and 'out of character' behaviour by so many make me think... really?

I had to stop half way through episode 3, but cannot wait to get back to it as some more "revelations" have made it more interesting.
Also since Jude Law is only listed as being in 3 episodes of the 6, so this would seem to indicate that he dies in this episode. It sure seems to be going that way, but what is going to happen in the next 3 episodes then? Unless they are just messing with us :cautious:

Has anyone watched Criminal UK on Netflix. There are two seasons and in the second one with Kitt Harrington cameo was simply brilliant

The Third Day
Episode 3 was pretty intense!
So he doesn't die. Watch after the credits to see where the story is heading.

I watched a couple of episodes in the first season.
I honestly found it a bit boring, but I might go back and try again.

The Third Day

So Jude Law is briefly back in episode 5 and will be in episode 6. Quite a thrilling twist in the story.
I'm really looking forward to the final episode :p

Another new show to pass is 'The Bridge'. Essentially like Survivor with all the bitching, moaning, back-stabbing and put-downs but all they have to do is build a bridge across a lake to an island.

Maybe if you're 14 I guess.

Roadkill

Peter Laurence is a charismatic government minister on the verge of promotion to high office. He is also celebrating a win in a newspaper libel case. But an inmate at a women’s prison claims to have a secret about Peter’s past that could affect his future.

Appropriate Adult on the ITV hub is a powerful 2 part drama based on the Fred and Rosemary West murders. Emily Watson gives what must be the performance of her life as the volunteer drawn into the police case against the serial killers.

A truly outstanding piece of television drama in which I found myself gawping open jawed as the scenes unfolded. Highly recommended.
