Akamai Technologies, Inc. is an American content delivery network (CDN) and cloud services provider
U.S. regulators on Thursday raised the standard for high-speed Internet, voting that only connections with download speeds of 25 megabits per second or faster will qualify as broadband http://www.nbcnews.com/tech/interne...-sets-new-definition-broadband-speeds-n296276
It's not broadband. :p

And previous definition was 4Mbps down and 1Mbps up. whereby ADSL would fail.
New one is:
25 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up. https://apps.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/FCC-15-10A1_Rcd.pdf
whereby VDSL 20/2 fails and 40 Mbps also fails as it is just under 3 Mbps in most cases. (depending on interleave)
