Does anyone know what happened to broadbandstats.*co.*za. It was a great resource for looking what speed you exchange is?:confused:

Site seems to be dead as a doorpost... unfortunate because it was a great one.

It was completely outdated though, to a point where it couldn't be seen as a reliable resource. Maybe they're updating it?

Hopefully they are just updating it...I always wondered were they got their info from...Direct from Telkom or from the community?

yeh was pretty outdated i remember it telling me my exchange was on 4mb when i was already on 10mb ^^

IT IS BACK!!!
I posted a message yesterday on the FB page and this morning I got notification that it is back (was down due to HW failure).

Thanks for the heads up - afraid the site had gone offline and into the bit bucket. I find broadbandstats.co.za very useful - here's to hoping that the owners are adequately funded to keep the site maintained and online.

and outdated as ever :/......

call centres are outdated too...tried to tell me i couldnt even get a full 10mb because i was to far from the exchange......telkomZA on the other hand was very helpful and let me know not only was my exchange VDSL enabled but i could even get adsl2+(what i'm on now) :p
